At a young age, Buffett showed an interest in business and investment. One Thousand Ways to Make $1000, a book he got from the Omaha public library when he was seven, motivated him. He subsequently went to the University of Nebraska, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the age of 19. Buffett enrolled at Columbia Business School of Columbia University after being rejected by Harvard Business School.
