Club Career
Sow, a Swedish native born in Stockholm, began his youth career at FoC Farsta and Hammarby IF before going back to Farsta to begin his professional career. Sow made twenty-two games in his debut year back at FOC Farsta, scoring eight goals. Väsby United welcomed Sow on December 21, 2010.
Sow scored his first Väsby United goal in the team’s 2-0 victory over IFK Lule in the first game of the year. Sow left Väsby United after one season to join FC Dacia Chişinău overseas. A transfer to Sturm Graz has previously been connected to Sow.
Syrianska and Crystal Palace
The Sow moved to Syrianska FC in May 2013. On May 18, 2013, he made his league debut against Brommapojkarna in a 1-1 tie. Sow then scored his first goal for Syrianska in a 3-2 loss to Malmö on June 20, 2013.
On June 30, 2013, two weeks later, in a 5-1 loss against Elfsborg, Sow scored his second goal for Syrianska. The team sought to renew Sow’s contract, but the player preferred to pursue his international career one more time.

Following a trial period, Sow signed a one-year contract with United’s rivals Dundee in October 2020. In a game against Dunfermline Athletic on December 19, Sow scored his first goal for Dundee and his first goal in a competitive setting in over 18 months.
The next week, Sow continued to show signs of improvement and defeated Queen of the South with a Boxing Day hat-trick. For this effort, he was dubbed the “Star Man” in the SPFL’s Team of the Week. Sow, a member of the Dundee squad that won the Premiership Play-Offs and was promoted to the Premiership, finished the season as the club’s leading scorer with 10 goals.
