N’Golo Kanté is a French footballer who plays as a central midfielder for the Premier League club Chelsea and is a member of the France national team. Counted by many as one of the world’s best midfielders, Kanté is praised for his work rate and defensive abilities. Kanté debuted as a professional with Boulogne in 2012, as a substitute in one Ligue 2 game, and played three seasons in the third division the following season. Then, he signed for Ligue 2 side Caen on a free transfer, finished third, and won promotion to Ligue 1. He stayed at the club for one more year.

In 2015, Kanté signed for Leicester City for £ 5.6 million and played a crucial part in their first Premier League title. In the following season, he joined Chelsea for a fee of £32 million and again won the league, making him the first outfield player to win consecutive league titles with different clubs since Eric Cantona in 1992 and 1993. Additionally, he has won the PFA Players’ Player of the Year, the FWA Footballer of the Year, the FA Cup, and the UEFA Europa League. The UEFA Men’s Midfielder of the year award went to him in 2021.

Life Journey

Kanté is a practicing Muslim. In 1980, his parents migrated to France from Mali and he was born in Paris. His parents lived in a small apartment in Rueil-Malmaison, Hauts-de-Seine. N’Golo’s father died shortly after he turned 11, and his elder sister Niama passed away from a heart attack before the 2018 Worldup.

Ryan Giggs Biography, Age, Height, Dad, Family, Wife, Net Worth & Wiki

He was named after King Ngolo Diarra of the Bamana Empire. He had a younger sister who was in the youth system at Suresnes. Diego Maradona, Ronaldinho, and Ronaldo were his favorite players while growing up. During his time as a Boulogne player, he obtained a diploma in accounting at the age of 21.

He commuted to training on a kick scooter at Boulogne at the start of his professional career and bought his first car in England, a Mini Hatch, when he moved there because it was easy to learn to drive in. In addition to Kanté being aware of the public perception that he is a shy and private individual, he said that stories about him, like those about Jamie Vardy, were often exaggerated.

“NG” is Kanté’s nickname, and he enjoys playing tennis outside of football. His go-to karaoke song is Vegedream’s “Ramenez la coupe à la maison”. During his initiation at Chelsea, which he described as a “stressful moment,” his teammates said he was not loud enough. His favorite dish is thieboudienne, which his mother makes.

N’golo Kante earns £6.1 million every year as salary and his current estimated net worth is a staggering £25 million as of 2023 records. Additionally, several media sources claim that he has a Football Market value of £80million.

N’Golo Kante’s house and the number of cars the talented footballer owns are two topics that currently thrill many Chelsea FC fans. It is because everyone gets shocked when they find out that N’golo Kante is a millionaire footballer who leads a very modest lifestyle.

The super-talented midfielder earns as much as £16,931 every week but currently only owns and drives a 2nd-hand Mini Cooper subcompact car. He doesn’t own a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Range Rover, or any other fancy car. He only owns a Mini Cooper.

Kenté had looked set to end his time with Adidas last year when he started wearing blacked-out PUMA boots while training. But Adidas has managed to persuade him to sign a new deal that will keep him bound to the brand for the foreseeable future. The standard practice is for players to try out other brands before their current contract ends, and Kanté looked to be talking to Adidas German neighbors PUMA after he trained in both the ONE and Future silos, but now he’s officially an Adidas player again.

The fact that he was on the verge of signing something with PUMA may have helped Kanté wrangle a better, better deal with Adidas in terms of exposure and finance. Since April, Kanté has worn the white “Virtuso Pack” and now that Adidas has signed the contract, we can expect him to switch to the current “Encryption Pack” when he plays at Chelsea.

We have already mentioned that N’golo Kante is very humble and modest, so it is quite difficult to tell if he takes part in charitable activities often or not. Even so, one popular story about him shows that he is probably the only player in the Premier League who does not participate in any form of tax evasion.

The details of the story revealed that when N’golo Kante signed for Chelsea F.C, he was advised to use an offshore account for receiving his salary to enjoy tax benefits. In a surprise move, the young footballer declined the offer by saying that he was “okay” with whatever take-home he gets after heavy taxes have been removed from his salary. As the very first example of honesty and humility in the world of English football, this incredible story will go down in history.
