A Colombian professional footballer, Jose Heriberto Izquierdo Mena (born 7 July 1992) plays as a left winger for the Colombian national team. From a very early age, Jose had a passion for football. Club Career
Left began playing football at an early age, initially as a goalkeeper before moving outfield to play as a midfielder or winger. Although his parents wanted him to become a tennis player, Izquierdo “consistently preferred to kick tennis balls with his feet rather than using rackets, and his teacher immediately advised him to switch to his preferred sport”.
