Dedryck Boyata is a Belgian professional soccer player born on 28 November 1990 in Uccle, Brussels, Belgium. Besides playing for the Hertha BSC, he also represents his country Belgium as a defender. In 2010, he made his senior debut for Manchester City and was named the club’s Young Player of the Year.

Manchester City
- On 2 January 2010, Boyata made his first-team debut against Middlesbrough in the FA Cup third round, playing center-back and helping his side to a 1–0 win at the Riverside Stadium.
