Life Journey

Woodgram presents a Full Story of a Football Genius who is best known by the name “Dan”. This Danilo da Silva Biography provides a detailed account of notable events during the lifetime of the artist. His life story before fame, family background, relationships, and many other OFF-Pitch facts about him are included in the analysis.

Everyone knows about his rocky facial features. There are few people who know much about Danilo da Silva’s biography, which is quite interesting. Let’s get started, shall we? To start off, his full name is Danilo Luiz da Silva. He was born on the 15th of July 1991 to his mother, Maria Jose da Silva, and father, Jose Luiz da Silva, in Bicas, a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil.

The origins of Danilo’s family are rooted in the ethnicity of Black Brazilians, a group that has had a history of prejudice and struggle for inclusion in South American society. Danilo and other successful black Brazilians now engage in mixed marriages, resulting in children with mixed skins.

Danilo was born and raised in Bicas, a municipality with about 13,000 inhabitants, roughly 3 hours north of Rio de Janeiro. The motivation that young Danilo received to become a footballer came from the legendary Edson Arantes do Nascimento, a.k.a. Pele.

In a town where emptiness ends when there is football on one’s feet, it was easy for young Danilo to pick football over going to school. Danilo took up football at the age of 13 when he was a serious player.

In 2004, he enrolled with his local youth team, Tupynambas, where he was able to show off his talent.

Cafu’s displays at the club taught him how to play his position better by learning from his role model and two-time world cup winner. Danilo felt the need to play more competitive football after two years of outgrowing all football ranks at Tupynambas.

He switched to the south side of America Mineiro located in Belo Horizonte. Danilo saw the club as a springboard that would set him up for success in his youth career.

Danilo is married to his long-term loving partner Clarice. The couple together has a son named Miguel born on April 9, 2015. Danilo previously announced that he and his girlfriend will be holding the wedding ceremony on June 30, 2017. They got married on a pre-planned date in Brazil.
