Aparshakti Khurana is an Indian actor, radio jockey, and television host. He is the younger brother of actor Ayushmann Khurrana and mostly appears in the Bollywood film industry.

Aparshakti Khurana was born in a Khatri Hindu family on 18 November 1987 in Chandigarh, India. His father’s name is P. Khurrana, an astrologer and politician and his mother’s name is Poonam Khurrana, a homemaker. He has an elder brother, Ayushmann Khurrana, who is also an actor. On 7 September 2014, he got married to Aakriti Ahuja, a financial analyst, and consultant. The couple met at Shiamak Davar dance classes.

After completing his schooling, Aparshakti got a degree in Law from Chandigarh. During his school days, he desired to be a cricket anchor or host. He was the sports captain of his school team and also captained the Under-19 Haryana Cricket Team.

Aparshakti began his career as a lawyer. He relocated to Delhi to practice law at the Delhi High Court in 2009. He was not satisfied with his profession and started to work as a Radio Jockey with Big FM in Delhi. Thereafter, Khurana joined the Dramatech theatre group in IIT, Delhi to his voice modulation and expressions. In 2014, Aparshakti made his TV debut as a commentator in the Box Cricket League.
